Art Deco golden Oak Hoosier. Unusual and rare styled Hoosier made by ARIEL of Indiana, C1920. The "Handy Helper" has is nicely streamlined lines evocative of that era. Hand painted graphics on the header and the cabinet doors. The woodwork is original and glows with a rich patina of Red Oak. Contains a breadboard, magazine rack, flower bin, breadbox etc. The knobs are black Bakelite w/ an embossed diamond pattern. Superb condition. Size: 70" high x 41" wide x 26" deep. Art Deco Cocktail or Curio cabinet, vibrant walnut veneer with a beautiful aged patina and classic streamline styling C1930s. The top has a checkered mirror backing and a hand cut stylized flower and streamers on the bowed glass sliding door. Cabinet back is satin fabric recently replaced.
